Rachel Miller is a 1996 graduate of Western Washington University and a 1999 cum laude graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law. While attending Gonzaga, Rachel was selected for the Moot Court Council and the Gonzaga Law Review, for which she also served as a Notes & Comments Editor. Prior to joining Dionne & Rorick, Rachel was a legal intern with the Spokane County Prosecutor’s Office and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Washington.
