Kathleen Haggard graduated from the University of Washington, cum laude, in 1996 and the University of Washington School of Law in 1999. In law school, Kathleen served as a Managing Editor of the Washington Law Review. Prior to joining Dionne & Rorick in 2004, Kathleen represented the City of Seattle as an Assistant City Attorney in the Torts division, and the State of Washington as an Assistant Attorney General. Kathleen serves as a member of the amicus curiae committee for the Washington State Association of Municipal Attorneys.
