Jim Dionne is a 1968 graduate of the University of Illinois and a 1976 graduate, with distinction, of John Marshall School of Law in Chicago. After finishing law school, Jim moved to the state of Washington and began his practice. From the beginning, his clients included school districts, cities and towns. Since that time, his efforts to establish strong, collaborative relationships with local public entities has built the firm of Dionne & Rorick as it exists today.
