One Union Square and Two Union Square occupy the block bounded by Union and University Streets, and Sixth and Seventh Avenues in downtown Seattle. Two Union Square is adjacent to the Washington State Trade and Convention Center. The main entrance to Two Union Square is on the corner of Sixth and Union. Dionne & Rorick is on the 9th Floor of the Two Union Square Building. Use the bank of elevators closest to Tully's.

FROM SOUTH OF SEATTLE ON I-5:
  1. Take the Seneca Street exit off I-5 (a left lane exit).
  2. Immediately upon exiting, take the first right onto Sixth Avenue.
  3. Travel North on Sixth Avenue for one block to University Street.
  4. Take a wide right turn onto a narrow two-way stretch of University Street (not the sharp right turn, which is an on-ramp to Northbound I-5).
  5. University Street will curve left, becoming Seventh Avenue and passing beneath our building.
  6. The entrance to the parking garage is on Seventh Avenue, on your left.
FROM NORTH OF SEATTLE ON I-5:
  1. Take the Union Street exit off I-5 (under the Convention Center).
  2. As you emerge from the freeway, take an immediate left onto Seventh Avenue which passes beneath our building.
  3. The entrance to the parking garage is on Seventh Avenue, on your right.
FROM EAST OF SEATTLE ON I-90:
  1. Coming into Seattle on I-90, follow the signs for I-5 North.
  2. From the collector-distributor lanes where I-90 merges with I-5, take the Madison Street exit and turn left onto Madison.
  3. Immediately after crossing over the freeway, take the first right onto Sixth Avenue.
  4. Travel North on Sixth Avenue for three blocks to University Street.
  5. Take a wide right turn onto a narrow two-way stretch of University Street (not the sharp right turn, which is an on-ramp to Northbound I-5).
  6. University Street will curve left, becoming Seventh Avenue and passing beneath our building.
  7. The entrance to the parking garage is on Seventh Avenue, on your left.
FROM SEATTLE FERRY TERMINAL:
  1. Travel East out of the ferry terminal on Marion Street (or if traffic is routed South along the waterfront, double-back along Western Avenue or beneath the Alaskan Way viaduct to Marion).
  2. Travel seven blocks up the hill to Sixth Avenue, where Marion Street ends.
  3. Turn left on Sixth and travel four blocks to University Street.
  4. Take a wide right turn onto a narrow two-way stretch of University Street (not the sharp right turn, which is an on-ramp to Northbound I-5).
  5. University Street will curve left, becoming Seventh Avenue and passing beneath our building.
  6. The entrance to the parking garage is on Seventh Avenue, on your left.
PARKING:

Visitor parking is by valet on Level B of the garage. The garage is shared by One Union Square and Two Union Square. Each has a separate bank of elevators from the garage to the lobby of their respective buildings. Dionne & Rorick is on the ninth floor of Two Union Square.
