Cliff Foster is a 1974 cum laude graduate of the University of Washington, and a 1979 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Puget Sound School of Law. In law school, Cliff served as Managing Editor for the University of Puget Sound Law Review. Cliff served as Adjunct Professor of Education Law at the University of Puget Sound School of Education from 1984 to 1991, and is a past President of the Washington Council of School Attorneys.
